My question is there any purpose for eggshells for culinary use. I have so many of them, my daughter takes some for composting. But most of it is thrown out. Does it have any benefit in, say, a chicken stock? Or any beneficial use?

FAscinating question that I never thought about. I compost them too, and that's all. A quick Google search suggests other options, whcih I post here in case you haven't had a chance to do one already:

After reading a few of these i deas I'll keep composting them. But if you are raising chickens I've read that you can feed them to the chickens.
