    Just joined the forum. Living near and cooking in Toronto, Canada. I'm looking forward to sharing with and gaining knowledge from the community!

    Glad you found us. Welcome to ChefTalk. We have many friends from up north, so there will be some great opportunities to network as well as get some great cooking ideas. I am a big fan of northern Toronto; got my first cooking job up there!

    Welcome to the forum and congrats for graduating. I'm sure there are others who would be interested to know how you found the course, including all the pros and cons.
    You'll gain a lot here and hopefully share too.
