That will permit you to search for the ingredients, methods, and other questions that will help you do a great job for the 80 souls you feed. You're welcome to read everything on this site, but we non-professionals mustn't post in the professionals' forums. All the general forums are open; plenty of pros read there to offer their help, so you'll benefit from their knowledge, too.

    With your experience cooking with creativity and flexibility, I'm sure you'll add valuable insights to our discussions. We hope you'll visit as often as your time permits.

    But I sure do love the area around locarno!!! Beeeeeeeutiful :)))
