yet another hello...

Hi everybody,

I've been lurking here for a bit and just signed up. These boards are full of great information and helpful people, I look forward to being a part of it.

I have 15 years experience in baking/pastry/decorating at various bakeries in Seattle, San Francisco, and New England, and now in the mid-west for a few years while my wife is in school. I have no formal training in the kitchen, but I've picked up a few things here and there ;)

Like many of you, I've had quite a few interesting career distractions along the way. But I always seem to end back up with an apron on sooner or later...
