work trial?

    Im finishing my third semester in culinary arts and have worked in a bistro for a year where the menu changed little bar christmas,today had an interview in a four star hotel and will have a trial on friday was wondering if anybody had any tips to make me stand out from other applicants,

    Be quick on your toes but be calm and don't worry about asking questions. Trials aren't always strictly about what you know, but often also about how well you work under pressure. And what better pressure than a trial in a place you haven't worked in before. /img/vbsmilies/smilies/biggrin.gif
