Wood Stove Rotisserie Chicken

    This is our first attempt at Wood Stove Rotisserie Chicken this is an 8lb chicken roasted in front of the wood stove. We applied a dry rub on the chicken 24hrs before. The rub was a mixture of Steak Spice, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne powder.



    This chicken was just fantastic...

    A must do again!
