Spoke to the owners , and then diced an onion quickly and did a french style omelet.
Didnt even have to stage . and start working tomorrow <_<

Haha , i think i was crazy the kitchen is smallr then my home kitchen <_< 3 cooks , doing over 200 covers a night , then once the second floor is done we will be putting out 400-500 covers..... of course the the kitchen will be huge and this should all be done by october XD.
Till then ill work the 12-14 hours daily and sweat bullets , kick ass , and curse a hell of alot XD
