Who has a conveyor toaster they REALLY like?

It's time to retire "old Betsy", the temperamental old toaster who really is a bottleneck in our breakfast-centric kitchen. Depending on the bread/English/bagel/roll it can take 1 to 4 passes though.  Any personal recs that won't break the bank? (A dual conveyor would be the ideal unit with our many types of breads, but can't spend $3000+ on a toaster).  We do around 600 pieces of toast on any given 6 hour day.

Any comments are appreciated.

You are putting 219 000 pieces of toast through a year..........spending $3000 is nothing in the scheme of things......might even save you money if you have someone putting toast through 4 times. What if you raised your prices by a nickel to cover it.Would you be able to squeeze through a few more covers if you could shave a couple of minutes off each table?

Your points not lost on me, but our avg. cover is around 23 minutes so I'm not sure I could shave anything off that with more toast efficiency to justify that kind of expense. In actuality, this is just a bad time for us as we've invested heavily in new equipment this year including an out door walk in freezer and it's our slowest time of year. Was hoping to hear some advice on what brands and models hold up best and are most efficient from actual users.

Ok. I know it's probably the most mundane item in any production kitchen, the toaster. But I need one and haven't a clue brand wise, never mind model specific. Any feedback......Bueller?........BUELLER?    :)
