Which catering course to choose

    Hi all!! This is my 1st post on here. I'm seriously thinking of getting into the catering industry. I'm 35 and have run my own electrical company in the UK since the age of 21. IM BORED.......... In need a new challenge and have always been a keen home cook.

    Can anyone give me guidance on college courses and what will be the best way to start.

    NVQ , VR, something else?
