Does anyone know where to get rose sprinkles? I can't find it anywhere online. At Annie Rigg's Macarons cookbook, there is a recipe asks for this ingredient. Please help!

Rose-flavoured sprinkles or rose-shaped sprinkles? If flavoured, you could easily make your own using rosewater.

Make a standard royal icing out of icing sugar, egg white and possibly a little warm water, adding rosewater to taste (hard to specify how much as flavour strength varies a lot). You can make it pink if you want with a little food colouring. Pipe through a very thin nozzle into thin lines on baking parchment (may take a bit of practice to get right), leave to harden out in the open for at least 24 hours, loosen the lines and cut into sprinkles.
