Where to do an internship????

    I am currently a culinary student in los angeles and have been working as a line cook for the past year. I have been researching overseas programs and I cant decide what one I want to attend. My goal is to intern in France for a few months then see where I want to go from there. I might fall in love with the cuisine or not but I feel France is a great starting point please help or advice would be greatly appreciated...

    I 100%AGREE I DID MINE IN FRANCE OVER 50 YEARS AGO. I HAVE NEVER REGRETTED IT.

    Thank you for the feedback I feel like France is going to be a great place to aid my knowledge in cuisine. I have also been looking into programs in Denmark where the restaurant Noma is.
