In your barbecuing travels, what's the strangest thing you've seen grilled? Have there been any techniques that surprised you in your travels?

My pleasure to be here on ChefTalk, Lorina. To answer your question, it was probably roasted capybara in South America--a huge rodent related to guinea pigs that weighs around 100 pounds. It doesn't taste like chicken...
