What to serve with my crepes?

Tomorrow I'm serving dessert at the lunch restaurant my school runs. I made a sweet corn ice cream today, as well as dulce de leche, and I want to serve them with a crepe, but I'm afraid that the dessert will be too sweet.

I've thought about making a slightly tangy fruit compote to fill the crepe with, like a pineapple compote, but I'm not sure how that would go with the ice cream and the lovely dulce de leche.

Any suggestions?

nutella with fresh fruit is always delicious and if you want to offer your patrons a lighter choice you can just do whipped cream with fresh fruit.

Adding Nutella or cream to an already rich dessert (dulce de leche is SO rich and sweet) would, I think, be simply too much.

You have a lot of soft textures in that selection. Maybe instead of a crepe, a tuille cup with cinnamon or cardamom in the batter to give a little spice and crunch to the dessert?
