We accidentally purchased a case of disposable paper baking rounds that are larger than we normally use, and now I need to come up with something to bake in them to sell (see attached photo for reference).
They're 5.9" in diameter and hold 28 oz.
I'm coming up blank. Any ideas?
I work in a bakery in an independent natural foods store (not WF/Whole Paycheck lol).
Thanks in advance for your help!

It looks like these could accommodate cheesecake or something similar.

Smaller pies or cobblers. Pans of 4 dinner rolls. Smaller sizes are very popular for smaller families. We have a lady who makes 6" cakes and sells them like hotcakes.
