what should I fill my filo tart with?????

    having a low motivational day and need some ideas on what to fill my mini filo cups with for passed apps .......whata ya got???

    spiced aubergine

    chicken/mushroom

    salmon/hollandaise

    brie/pear

    chorizo/butternut squash

    goat cheese/caramelized onion

    crab & dill

    potato/leek/ham

    just a few more to add to chef petals list:

    mango curried shrimp salad

    fig and mascarpone

    brie with fig jam

    spinach and cheese dip(think spanokopita or spinach/marscapone filling)....warm

    eggplant cavier with roasted  garlic

    asian vegetable slaw

    something southwesty.......like a mini layered dip.... frijoles negroes, pico, avacado, sour cream

    sushi in a cup with  wasabi, tamari,& pickled ginger

    cerviche

    Take a morning off and drift thru the green grocer market.

    Jo...think I'll crack a jar of the figs my neighbor traded for my (soon to be fully ripe) Meyer's.

    Have a ripe brie and you tripped my switch, lolol.
