I need a recipe and a description of a nice serving of a small party appetizer. A small, tasty and beautifully presented appetizer. Anyone have an idea and would like to share it?
Anna, first off you need to define what the event looks like. Exactly how many people is a small party? 6?? 20?? Are the guests seated or standing? Is it plated, passed on a tray, or served from a buffet table? Is it pre-prepared or executed at the time of service? Are there any likely dietary restrictions?
