Well, pleased to meet you panini! I'm a totally right brained implicit procedural nonverbal baker (and a very good one). Not a professional chef of course, so never had the huge quantities of prof bakers to deal with.C'mon, there is no comparison! Heck, you could be in the middle of a cooking recipe and burn something and just change the name. I have NEVER met a Baker or Pastry Chef that used the right side of his brain automatically.. Bakers,Pastries are something completely different.
