    Chef, ex-restaurateur
    Chicken shawarma (3 boned thighs), 12" flatbread, hummus, mint, coriander and parsley yoghurt, pickled garlic, carrot, onion and cucumber, chilli olives fresh tomato, bagged salad and shop bought chilli sauce and mango chutney.

    Plus a bit of unnecessary cous cous.

    Made a little rice bowl. Freeze dried tofu, daikon, mizuna, wood eat and shiitake shrooms, crunchy seaweed and umeboshi. So good!
