What country's cuisine would you classify this chickpea recipe as? It's my own creation

    Chickpeas

    Butter

    Onion

    Coriander/cilantro

    Green beans

    Lemon or Lime juice

    Chilli (optional)

    I fry the onion in butter, then when softened I add the beans and chickpeas and finish it with fresh chopped coriander and lemon/lime juice.

    This is definately an Indian recipe-possibly from the Gujarat region
