Your avatar tells me you like Gordon Ramsay? You could try his baked pork chops with piquante tomato sauce: . Serve with good mashed potatoes: http://www.cookfoodgood.com/?p=237

    Sausage Corn Chowder:

    Sausage

    1 onion chopped or diced

    1 can Creamed Corn

1 can Whole Kernel Corn - Drained

4 cups Peeled and diced potatoes

    2 cups water

    1 can evaporated milk

    1 t salt

    1/8 t pepper

In a large soup kettle, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until cooked through and onions are transparent.  Add diced potatoes, water, salt, marjoram, pepper.

Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Add the cream style corn, whole kernel corn and evaporated milk.  Heat through.  Serve with crusty bread and or salad.
