Could anyone please tell me which cupcake tins I should buy for my new cupcake store?
I don't really make cupcakes, but I'd thik an aluminum muffin pan shoud do - espeshly if you are using papper inserts. Even better is silicon molds. http://www.google.com/search?q=sili...pw.r_qf.&fp=5bf37c07eae79103&biw=1024&bih=518 Silicone is so easy to clean and demold.
So, is the cupcake trend catching on in Greece too? I'd have guessed this was an American trend. Tell me more, please!
At Amazon, checkout the ones made by USA Pans with their special coating.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Yes, cupcakes are making their way as comfort food into this part of the world as well. Small gems of cakes for small pocket books. As I am trying to open a shop I think i'll keep away from silicone. I am concerned about uniform heating and at the volumes I am tending towards I wanted something sturdy. But thanks anyway.
I really love sillicone cases they are great i reccomed trying those because they come out really soft and prevents burning or catching a little and are easy to remove.
