What are some culinary schools that have no accredited classes?

For instance, I know that the art institute of Philadelphia is jot accredited but they don't tell you that until you've signed up and paid pretty much.

I don't really understand your question. Are you looking for schools that are "NOT" accredited and if so why.

I was asking because I was almost a person who went to a non accredited school. I was just wondering if anyone else did something like that. It also doesn't hurt to just put it out there that some schools can prevent good opportunities for some people. That's all. Was this not a good question? I'm sorry if that's so. :[

When I sat down in the office with administration, all of the credits are not transferable and she said they were not actually accredited. Given this was last year.

the office? well if you were in the office then it must be true, but you could always confirm truth on the internet which is almost as reputable...

If nothing else, I'd be suspicious of spending my money at a school that apparently doesn't know if its accredited or not. One of them is wrong, and either way, that's bad.

I would be suspicious of forming an opinion based on this thread, period; because after all, this is the internet!
