Have been a long time browser and decided I'll start piping in on some topics. Started off at 14 as a dishwasher, then was given a knife to start prepping and haven't looked back since! I'm currently working at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country in our 3 Meal/ In Room Dining (Room service). I recently moved over from banquets (feeding 2 to 2000) with my old supervisor who became the restaurant Chef.
