    Hi!

I'm planning to buy an infrared food warmer for our kitchen and I'm just wondering If i could also use this equipment in warming our plates before service/plating. We have 30 plates to serve during lunch. I'm guessing if I have 3 stacks of 10 plates, will I be able to warm all plates? We are currently warming the plates in the oven which is several feet away where we serve (oven location is separate from the rest of the kitchen) . However, I am now looking for an economical and convenient way to warm our plates. Thank you in advance.

I don't see why not did you check with your sales rep if there are any issues?

You could just stick them through the dishwasher a few minutes before serving and have them warm and clean for plating.
