Hello. I'm looking for any plans or directions for an interesting set of gingerbread houses. I want to make a miniature Santa's village for this Christmas. Any ideas or if you know of a Christmas cookbook that shows a good plan. I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I can not answer your question, but yesterday we seen some awesome gingerbread structures. It was a contest and there were buildings that took up 2 8-foot tables. The main rule was everything that was used had to be edible. We see forests, waterfall, rivers, mountains, 2 story log cabins, churches with stained glass windows, just everything. I can only wish for that type of talent

Wow! Sounds fantastic. I think I'll set my goals a little smaller this first time, LOL.
