Hi, I am considering buying a Viking Stand Mixer primarily to make pizza dough weekly. My only experience is with the Kitchen Aid and that worked well for years, but even after a repair, can no longer handle dough. Does anyone own this mixer and care to share their experiences? It should certainly be able to handle pizza dough, right? (The info provided by the company only offers watts, which speaks to the electricity used, but not the torque/power.) Thanks!
