Valentine's Day Dinner

Hey Guys, I'm 100% new here and just looking for ideas for a Valentine's dinner for two.

I've done many things in the past and I'm just trying to find some inspiration for something new for Valentine's day. I run a pub style restaurant in a small town but we are very busy. Just hoping to hear what you all have done in the past to help get my creativity flowing again. Thanks!

my most memorable was a nice charcuterie board i made myself, with some nice wine fro ma local winery we both really enjoy.

One of the more memorable meals I did was a lobster risotto, my wife loved it. Many risottos are finished with a knob of butter, I finished this one with a blob of bearnaise. Heavenly.

Well, Me and my friend decide to go in prix d'ami. Their food and services are excellent. And staff is also very friendly.

Dessert was this gluten free chocolate cake. Only ingredients are chocolate, butter, eggs and a good splash of rum. It was incredibly rich!
