V Day menu

My Valentine's menu is created and done.
3 items, 1 app and 2 entree
Our clientele prefers to order off of the regular menu, so we dumbed it down this year.

Rib eye steak with wort compound butter
Sea bass en papillote
mussels with chorizo and tomato

no biggie.

I'd like to hear what ya'll did to blow everyone's minds and make it a holiday to remember...

No change at my place except for maybe heart shaped pancakes if we can find the spec sized mould..

At home.. not sure... I was thinking of a steak dinner. The next day is a holiday here (Family Day) and we're spending it as a family.. we're going to not eat a lunch or dinner but graze through a bunch of appetizers all afternoon and evening like we do on New Years Eve and play board games all day.
