Hello guys, Would you happen to know what dishes can be attributed to Detroit and Dallas city cuisines? Thanks.

Yeah that is weird but still true.  Can't say I know why they are named that but they are all over Detroit.

Well it'd be better to ask someone from Detroit but from my experience they are a beef hotdog with what I'll call sloppy joe meat on top.  Raw onions seem pretty standard as well.

The hot dogs have to have a natural casing and they're topped with Coney Sauce, mustard, and diced onions. Here's a recipe for the Coney Sauce~

Other Detroit foods are any kind of Faygo pop, anything Sander's (I have recipes for their Bumpy Cake and Hot Fudge Sauce, if you'd like them), and Boston Coolers made with Vernor's (the only kind of gingerale, if you ask me) Detroit, proper, is also known for its Greek food, since they have a fairly large Greek population.

In case you can't already tell, I'm from Detroit.
