Underprivileged Paella Rice, stock cube, garlic, sardines can, 3 olives. Eventually Spanish pimentón if you're rich. Wash the rice. Saute the rice with the garlic and oil. Add some stock. Put the sardines and olives on top and cook until rice is al dente. Mix everything and let the pan to form a socarrat. Serve like that. But better put the pan into the oven and dry everything to taste.
