Well I'm glad it's not just me. My 'maters have been coming into their own for the past 2 weeks finally. I have a mixture of Bush Goliath, 2 types of Romas and grape tomatoes that popped up from last year.
I just canned 10 lbs for the winter. Nothing fancy just chopped with cumin, oregano and basil and peppers for chili this winter!
I saved a few of the Goliaths for sandwiches and the rest of the Romas and grapes are going into sundried, grilling and salads!
