Hello everyone, my name is Sara, and I recently graduated Le Cordon Bleu here in Orlando. I was working at the Latin Quarter/Churrascaria in Universal Studios until about 4 months ago when my grandfather was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I was forced to leave my position and had to care for him at home. Put aside office politics and coworker dramatics, and I truly did love my job and who I worked with. It was an opportunity that I will never forget, and as an aspiring Personal Chef I am seeking to further my options and my knowledge in any way possible. Any and all criticism, advice, motivation, etc is warmly welcomed and respected. I currently have a group on Facebook called Foodies, in which we are slowly increasing our member base and exposure. I am a woman of only 20, graduated from high school and thrown into the industry. I seek the opportunity to show my skills and prove my dedication.
