As I recall that was the bacon for Karen's omelet. She has a different approach to bacon than I do. I made my omelet earlier, with my own garlic bacon on the side.
And sad to say I have just a wee bit of it left. Here it is with my tomatoes coming on strong, and I'm going to have to use store bought bacon for the next week or two for my BLTs, as I do not have a slab curing at the moment. Sigh.
