It sounds delicious. I try to be experimental as much as I can. Trying something new is a leap over your own ego. Just clear your mind, give it a try, and if you don't like it don't eat it. What have you got to lose?One of my favorites is a gorgonzola/roasted garlic thick sauce spread on thin formed pizza dough and then topped with roasted marinated plum tomatoes, cooked in our little high temp pizza oven for about 2 minutes until blistered and charred mmmmmm delicious. Hubby only wants plain margarita or with sweet italian sausage. When I went to teach a friend how to make pizza a few of his neighbors came over too and when I pulled out the gorgonzola ingredients they all held their noses and said no thanks............after the first adventurous soul tried it they were all hooked.
