Hi. I could use some help. I some ways to make a traditional Japanese meal. I really do not know much about Japanese cooking it is for my advanced culinary arts class. I wanted to do a main course a dessert and two sides. About the only thing I know for sure is that I want to do a whole fish, cut it down the middle and cube it but as for the type of fish how to cook it or anything else I am a bit stumped. Any help will be appreciated.
