Hi, I grew up in a society that doesn't really smile at men who cook. But now, am away and searching my passion of cooking for my own. I am very bad the baking department but recently came across maize flour. I been searching for a guidance on how to make bread out of it but so far, all i see is wheat flour and stuff like that. I don't like sugar but was wondering if i can start with a simple bread made out of maize flour, egg and baking powder? I usually love my stuff a little bitter.
