I am in the beginning stages of building my food business. Every time I post photos of my food or offer it for tasting, people immediately ask for the recipe. I have two problems. One; I don't cook by recipe. (If I had patience for recipes I would be a pastry chef). It's not often that I desire to re-create my dishes for the purpose of documenting measurements. Two; how does one establish oneself by giving the away the farm, so to speak?
