I'm about to finish college near the end of next month and i am struggling to come to terms with how on earth i could find a job some where as a cook or helping to organize parties, i just don't know how i'm going to do this all of it is so confusing. I need a job where they can train me some more too, the only course i managed to get is a basic course but i have been doing the same one since last January except it is slightly different as i am no longer serving from the more professional kitchen as they decided it would be better used for the more advanced classes, and I'm now in the kitchen on the first floor now where we learn basic cookery and learn to cook from pans you use at home. I need to someone to take me on here in Bolton, England who can train me from what I've done, i just don't know how I'm going to go about it, is party organizing only a casual job?, id love to do it for my main job but if it's only casual how would i get a job in a restaurant?. Anyone here who worked had training? or hires people and trains them up? how did you go about doing it? how would i find such jobs?, looking online is useless... every time i search no matter how i word it all it keeps giving me is head chef, sous chef or marketing jobs, it's already hard to find a job but the more places only allow online applications the more impossible it gets to even find a job. Any advice that isn't co confusing?.
