Those dark-sauced noodles Chinese eat for breakfast- what are they?

In China, hotel restaurants and student cafeterias serve them for breakfast. They're delicious but I can't find ANY recipe or description online.

Their texture and shape are like soft Hokkien noodles with a dark brown sauce. I've used dark soy sauce on hokkien noodles but it doesn't taste the same. As they're breakfast food they're vegetarian with minimal vegetables.

Anyone got any ideas on what they are and how to make them?

oigatsuo-tsuyu is my guess. This is a bonito flake soy concentrate. Use straight as a seasoning, or dilute into a soup base.

Nice image kuan but the noodles I have in mind have a much darker sauce yet without looking saucey at all. They're all over China but seems no one has seen them.

I had them in a Kunming hotel and Hangzhou university. They might have been in other hotels in Xinjiang too.

Oyster sauce might have Beene a flavour component to them. They have no meat and a tiny sprinkling of green which was probably scallion or chive.

@phatch: those 15 minute lazy noodles look pretty similar. For breakfast there's no meat as the noodles are dirt cheap.
