thinking of opening a restaurant in alabama

I'm thinking of opening a restaurant in north alabama, specifically a steak house. the market is right I feel and north alabama had access to fresh meat and veg locally, something that could be highlighted in the restaurant, and I think the demographic would appreciate that signature.i don't have culinary experience so I'd like to know from the community here what steak selections are the requirements for a good chop house.

There is a reason why no one responded to your post, it's not because the Chef's didn't know the answer to your question. All the Chefs in this site know that 60% of new restaurants fail with in 3 years, and some of these restaurants have qualified people with good ideas. Unless you have Mucho Bucks with a qualified Chef and Restaurant manager, you may be in the 60% that fail.....................................The Best.................ChefBillyB...........P.S....Look at the menu of the Metropolitan Grill in Seattle, I have been here many times. Look up the menu on other Steak houses and you will get your answer..............
