Anybody know how to empty a mailbox when it is apparently already empty? I'm showing no messages, but I can't get any delivered.

If I understand correctly, you have to empty all of your folders, icluding 'message tracking', and select 'from the beginning' on the drop-down menu on the left. Beyond that, I haven't a clue.
