    One of the great thigs about this time of year besides the obvious is the availability of micro greens.

    Tiny purple spinach, popcorn shoots,opah and mini shiso leaves and yes, arugula flowers, and many more.

    I buy mine from Sid Wainer out of Fall river Mass.

    They have a very short shelf life and usually come in little 2 once containers (kind of like cherry tomatoes come).

    Suzanne, you should little or no problem finding these in New York
