Chef Bouland, That is a very beautiful website. I loved the menus as well as the information about strawberries
Here in California, strawberries are in season for most of the year. By now, it’s easy to tire of the old ways of serving these red jewels of summer. I’ve posted 16 strawberry recipes based on French sources in an article called le Journal de Fraises. Besides the recipes, there’s also information on strawberry anatomy, origins, and handling.
