Describe, in detail, what you did and what happened and why you think it went wrong
Its just a question from my teacher,he asked "what should you do if the creaming method not happened when you mixing?".Ex: muffin,cookies...because if it not happened the cake will fail.
Your teacher should clarify his or her question. Is he talking sugar and butter,like for baking or other creaming . In baking sometimes under a 25% solids margarine if used will not cream correctly. Heat or friction will also affect creaming in baking.Ask him or her at what temp will creaming not occur?.Thats more specific
