Tons of help and suggestions.
Very good core of habitual posters and people in the know.
That's why I subscribed. Your opinions and springboards are worth more than $$$.
So, thanks to all the old-school chefs who patiently answer my inane questions,
and thanks to all the new posters who offer their insight and new ideas.
I really appreciate the open conversations, even when (sometimes, especially when) they go off topic.
Have fun counting year end inventory :p (got it done already so I can sleep in).
FYI, I'm hammered.:lol:
