    Chef Bayless, let me add my thanks as well. I'm an avid home cook, not a professional, but I learn so much from these events at Chef Talk. I probably won't post questions, but I'm sure many of us are "lurking" and enjoying your posts.

    I'm fortunate to live within easy driving distance to your Chicago locations and look forward to enjoying a meal soon.
