The preparation of a terrine is done in four (4) stages. List each stage and explain in details the procedure that is followed when preparing a terrine

For those of us that don't know the answer, could you please post the answer so that we can learn.
1.Purée the main ingredient.
2. Add the dissolved gelatin.
3. Fold in the lightly whipped cream and season to taste.
4. Pour into the prepared mold.

1) Season your meat and fat mixture and chill
2) Grind
3) Add to terrine and cook
4) Weight and chill.

Something like that. :)

I respectfully recommend that you research “terrine”. It is a mold rather than a recipe. There is a huge diversity. But generically, on the average, expand on Kuan’s suggestion.
