So, we're going back into season here, and I thought it might be informative to start a thread on our better habits. I tend to treat season like a marathon runner. I load up on vitamins, re-arrange my in home meal plan, and get up early to run in the mornings. And I walk my dog as soon as I get home, regardless of how late or tired I am, to blow off steam and cut down on drinking. What are everyone else's habits and routines?
