I love the Superbowl.  I don't care much for football but love the fun atmosphere of a football party and most of all I love the food.  I love how simple it is, fancy dishes need not apply!  We're attending a party this year and not preparing anything ourselves but here's some things I hope pop up there:

    Chili

    Chips & dip

    Pigs in blankets

Wings (spicy breaded and fried, no wet wings for me thank you)

    Potato salad

    Nachos

So what are you serving this year?

I'm making cheeseburger and fries soup, homemade corn chips and cheese dip, and dried beef and cheese ball with crackers. I'm thinking about making fried pies, too, if I have the ambition later. I have the dough in the fridge, so it wouldn't be a lot of effort.

    Semi pro/retired now
Sloppy joes, several different types of chips, 4 kinds of crackers, sliced extra sharp white cheddar, sliced summer sausage, veggie platter, the standard onion soup dip and I am sure I forgot something.
