    Hello all,

I'm very new to the board here but I'm in need of some help... First off I'm a culinary student at LCB but I have some passions that I'm ready to pursue while I'm in school. I don't exactly want to work for someone anymore even though I know that I may for a while longer and that's fine with me but I like to fulfill my own dreams vs someone else fill them for me.

I am very experienced in the field from the front end of the house as well as cooking. Have never cooked In a professional kitchen but have done much catering and am a home cooked with so much sass and creativity in the kitchen you think were in a restaurant.

I cook tons of traditional things but I find most pleasure in mixing things up and creating a little fire!! I always have parties at my place and people love what I cook and how I entertain. I go all out décor, atmosphere, good drinks & company.

So..... That's a little about me... Here's my problem.

I have a friend who came to me asking to meal prep her meals for her family.

I've gotten all my squares covered as far as menus, packaging, licenses, suppliers all that good stuff...

I just don't know what I should be charging for the food cost. So for a family of 4 how would I price lunch & dinner for 5 days a week?

Any help would be great and GLADLY appreciated. Thank You!
